C'ELA-V offers easy, convenient, and secure payment systems for our customers, however, we would be pleased to arrange other payment methods at customers request.
In case of lost packages, C'ELA-V will not be held responsible.
In case of damage of the items along the way, send a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace with a new shipment.
MISSING A REFUND?
If you haven’t received your refund, please initially check your bank account by contacting your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, so bear this in mind.
